How to clean a leather bag?

Use a soft cotton cloth dipped in mild soap and water solution to clean basic dirt.
A very strong solution may take the colour off the bag so refrain from it. Always first test in a less visible area of your bag before applying to the entire bag. Every leather behaves differently. We suggest first trying at the bottom of the bag or somewhere inside for an example.

There may be mould formation on your bag due to long storage or if stored in humid and non-dry places. Wipe the bag with a soft damp cloth, let it completely dry and moisturize the leather with a mild leather conditioner or coconut oil.

Stains like Ink, Wine, Oil and Alcoholic substances are not possible to remove.
Please refrain from letting that happen.


How to maintain the bag?

Leather needs to be kept away from moisture and dirt. The best way to maintain a leather product is to clean it regularly with a partially damp cotton cloth. And store the product in dry places when not in use.

 

What if my bag gets wet?

A few drops of water is okay. That will dry out naturally. But if the bag/wallet is soaked in water, we suggest to let it completely dry. Do not use a dryer or an iron or similar to dry the bag. Let it dry naturally in room temperature. Once dry, polish it with zero odour coconut oil with the use of some cotton and let it dry again. You can repeat the process once or twice until satisfied. But remember, the colour of the product may darken once oil is applied. Always test in a lesser used area of your bag/wallet first before applying to the entire bag.

 

How long does will it take to receive my order?

We usually require 4-8 working days to deliver your order (post successful dispatch). However if the quantities ordered is big, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process the order. In such cases we keep you posted through email.

 

Can I return the bag?

If you notice a manufacturing error on your newly purchased product, a replacement will be provided (if the same colour is in stock with us). You can return the product within 2 days of receiving the product (if we find it suitable from the email you send us). Please ensure that the item is in new condition. Returned products must have their original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any damage and the original packing is intact. Please check our returns and exchange policy for more details.

Please also note that the purchased product can only be exchanged and not returned. We shall not refund the amount back to you.
 

What’s your shipping policy?

We take 2-3 working days to ship the order. And it may take a further 4-8 days for the order to be delivered.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via India speed post. The country you are residing in is not listed in the website, please write to us with your country and postal code. Our dispatch team will contact you within 2-3 working days.

 

Do you Monogram on Bags and Accessories?

No, we do not Monogram or customize on bags yet.

 

I see a defect on my purchase. What is it?

All our products are handcrafted from fine quality genuine leathers. The visible grains, blemishes or shades in colour, if any, are not defects. They demonstrate the uniqueness of our leather. No two pieces are alike. We try our best to make the photos resemble the real products. But the colour may vary from screen to screen.
