Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation within 1–3 business days.

Dispatch & Delivery
Your shipment will be dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Depending on where you live in India, it will then be delivered within 4–8 business days via our logistics partners.

Exchange Items
For exchange items, shipping takes 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

North East, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh
Shipping to these regions — including exchanged items — can take approximately 10–15 business days, depending on our logistics partners.

Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to it. Wild Soul India is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Once Your Package Is With the Logistics Partner
Customers are responsible for their package as soon as it enters the logistics partner's system. If there's an issue with your package in transit, please contact your courier partner directly for assistance.

Once we hand a product over to our logistics partner, it is out of our control. If your tracking email shows the package as delivered but you can't locate it, or if your package is delayed, please contact your local courier partner — they can usually help track it down.

Force Majeure
In cases of natural calamities, war, or other unprecedented disruptions to transportation, resulting delays are beyond our control.
