Refund policy

This website is owned and operated by M/s WILDSOUL INDIA trading as “WILDSOUL” (or “we” or “us” or “our”). By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with the following Website terms and conditions of use, Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy (collectively our “Website Conditions”), as well as any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. In addition, when you make an enquiry or order any product through this website, you will be subject to the terms and conditions on this page. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the website conditions and agree to be bound by them.

All WILDSOUL products are handcrafted from fine quality genuine upcycled leathers. The visible grains, blemishes or shades in colour, if any, are not defects. They demonstrate the uniqueness of our leather. No two pieces are alike. We try our best to make the photos resemble the real products. But the colour may vary from device to device.

Returns Policy:

In case the received product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly email at connect@wildsoulindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain proper details, along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please mail us with following information like (1) Order number, (2) Delivery address (3) The reason for exchange and please send us an image of the item.

Our team will verify the details and revert within 2 working days. The product must be received by us within 7 days from the date of your receipt. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, should not show any signs of wear and tear, and the original packing is intact.

Please also note that the purchased product can only be exchanged (with the product of same code or a product of higher price) and not returned. We shall not refund the amount back to you.

Please note, we shall not accept any exchange concerning the nature or the characteristic of the material.

Exchange Policy:
> To be eligible for an exchange, we would require a product unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery failing which the replacement will not be accepted.
> We shall need a photograph of the product received and an explanation of the cause of rejection. When we receive the product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
> We shall also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
> Please note that for exchange, the product(s) will need to be sent to the following address: 26, State Bank of India Society, Opposite Snehkunj Society, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad – 380015 at your expense and the replacement shall be delivered to you at your expense.
> If the replacement of the product is approved, the exchanged product shall be dispatched within 3-4 business days of the approval of replacement and will be delivered within 4-8 business days of dispatch of the same. 

List of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products:

·         Orders placed using gift card, in store or at our markets or exhibitions.

·         Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organised by Wildsoul.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. No refund will be provided, you may choose another style of same or higher value by paying the remainder.

As part of usual business practice, WILDSOUL reserves the right to cancel the order and refunds, if any, shall be credited within 7-10 business days, if order has not been approved / processed by WILDSOUL.
