Shipping policy

Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation within 1-3 business days. The shipment will be dispatched in 1-2 business days of confirmation of the order and depending on where you live in India, the shipment shall be delivered to you within 4-8 business days via our logistics partners. 

In case of Exchange items, the shipping takes 4 to 8 business days upon dispatch.

Shipping(including exchanged items) to North Eastern States, States of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh can take about 10 to 15 business days depending on our logistic partners. 

Please enter your address carefully as we won’t make changes once you have confirmed the order.

Wildsoul is not responsible for loss of packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partner's system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics’ hands, you must contact your courier partner’s office for help.

Once we hand the product over to the logistics partners, it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.

 

In cases of Natural Calamities, War or any unprecedented situations in transportation, the delay is beyond our control.
